We pride ourselves on our great technical support. If you purchased a product from us, you can be assured of ongoing, free technical support for the life of the product. If you have a problem with the operation of the product, or if you think something needs to be repaired, the first step is to start a support ticket. Fill out the information below and a company representative will respond within 24 hours – usually much sooner.

 

Don't know your model? Describe your incubator or brooder - Color, width, height, depth. One door or 2. What do you use it for - Parrots, Reptiles, Dogs, Cats, Chickens or other poultry and game birds. We can figure out what you have.

Describe your problem. Give details. Just saying it doesn't work does not get us closer to solving the problem.

 

Shipping to and from our facility is your responsibility. Warranty repairs result in no charge to you other than the return shipping cost. Out of warranty repairs are billed on a time and material basis. Most out of warranty repairs are less than $100. Many of our products can be broken into separate pieces – shipping costs are reduced. The Cooler Brooder, Rept100, Transport Incubator, cannot be reduced in size – the entire incubator needs to be returned when in need of service. These are older designs, dating back to 1999 and shipping costs were very different then. Our new products take into consideration the high cost of shipping and every effort to minimize shipping costs were a part of the design.
